About the Author
Angela Weese is a Human Resources professional, writer, and emerging yoga teacher exploring the relationship between energy, work, and sustainable growth. With over 20 years of experience across organizational systems and leadership environments, her work focuses on how individuals, relationships, and workplaces function under pressure—and what helps them renew.
Drawing from systems thinking, yoga philosophy, embodiment practices, and lived experience, Angela created the Work Energy framework as a way to explore capacity, renewal, relational dynamics, and the human side of performance. Her work centers on the idea that sustainable growth requires more than pushing harder. It requires learning how to nourish before demand, recalibrate during demand, and restore after demand.
Her writing bridges professional development with curiosity, reflection, and practical application while encouraging individuals and organizations to create systems that support life rather than deplete it.
She is currently completing her yoga teacher training while developing her first book, Work Energy, a project exploring how support, awareness, and sustainable practices can reshape the way we work and live.
Through Field Notes, visual frameworks, and ongoing experiments in renewal and relational energy, Angela continues to explore what becomes possible when we nourish before we demand.
